The bagging machines of our production are manual and of two models:

- 1/5 Kg. For bags and jars. Made of AISI 304 stainless steel, formed by a tank with fitting for loading auger on the lid, where inside there is a reel to move the product and on the bottom a auger that extracts the product. The bag is hung after the auger by means of a suspension system on the load cell, while in the version with the canister there is a weighing platform. The machine is wheeled and complete with electrical panel. As an option, it is possible to increase the tank capacity, install the minimum and maximum level sensors to increase the automation and install a cover that can be opened for loading by hand instead of with the auger. For formats smaller than 1 kg it is possible to modify the system but we will evaluate it based on the conditions and the product to be packaged.

- 5/25 Kg. Made of AISI 304 stainless steel. The system consists of a channel auger with openable lid and the bag is placed on a structure on load cells with a height-adjustable cradle. It is possible to make 5 kg bags with the special bag holder accessory. Supplied on wheels and with integrated control panel.

Both machines can be equipped with dust extraction and are washable and usable in the food industry.

The Fill Bigbag is a structure made of carbon steel to which an anti-rust primer is applied and subsequently a polyurethane varnish.

The big bag is hung by 4 hooks and the whole is hung by 2 support arms bolted to the main structure so that you can adjust the ideal height with your big bag. The structure is placed directly on load cells to control the loading which can be via auger or live with a damper. It can be supplied with an independent electrical panel with which to set the desired weight to load automatically / manually or be combined with a central system with PLC.

The Bigbag Emptyer has the same characteristics as the Bigbag Filler, but the big bag is hung by means of a forklift removable frame and also in this case the structure is adjustable in height. At the base where the bag rests there is a rubber membrane and the bottom is vibrating to help the descent of the product. In order to pick up the big bag under the vibrating bottom there is a small window that can be opened to enter with your hands. The bottom of the Bigbag Emptyer is round and can be combined with a transport auger.

The pitch of the spirals is the same as that of our larger mixers.

The mixer is supplied complete with support, openable and inspectable cover, electrical panel and safety sensor.

The operation of the machine can be manual or automatic with an adjustable timer and in addition it is equipped with a potentiometer to adjust the motor speed.

By removing the pin that blocks the tank, you can rotate it and extract the material. As an option if you have to carry out various tests, you can have the removable tank to wash it.

Supplied complete with 220 Volt plug to be used in any type of environment even if an industrial plug is not available.

The mixer is supplied complete with support, lid that can be opened and inspected and switch with thermal magnetic circuit breaker.

By removing the cover with the gearmotor, the machine is completely washable.
